Is it good quality? It depends how good your preference is.
I bought this silver owl necklace for 47 cents. I say that's cheap! And a great deal! I like it that it's lightweight! Sure it feels cheap when you rub it, but I have gotten sooo many compliments! (I have a owl necklace from my grandma's stash.. 🤢 it's so vintage it's gaudy!) One thing to point for this particular owl necklace - it that there's no hook and clip thingy- it's just a simple chain that slides over your head. And it's not long, (that's the other factor: I like the chain length short!) ..but for some people, it may or may not fit over your head. But if you can't get it off.. just be happy that the owl goes with lots of outfits! 😁
