No complaints - I use it 6 times a day.. It restores circulation in my legs and feet.
It works fine - but it is for a shorter person. I have another full body mat from Homedics that is 30 years old for 6 ' people. This mat is for shorter people not more than 5' tall. I use this one because I can't find the power supply for my older and larger mat since I have moved.
