Extremely happy with it. have already recommended to friends
I have had mine now for only long enough to use it once. I had a professional carpet service in to clean the carpet less than six months prior. I live alone and no pets so it should have been clean. This Hoover did an amazing job. I hate to say it but the water was almost black when I emptied it. The carpet was virtually dry in less than an hour. I really like the automatic mixing of shampoo and water also, it makes it almost fool proof. I am really, really happy with this machine and will never call the "pros" again.

Hard water killer
This is by far, the best dishwasher detergent I have ever used. The water where I live is rock hard, it leave calcium deposits on everything. This detergent got my glasses clean and free of that "milky" look that no other detergent I have tried could do. I love this stuff.
