No instructions
For you IT gurus out there, I'm sure you can figure this out. For a newbie like us? Not so much, as 1/2 sheet piece of paper with a couple of diagrams on it was useless. However, what really got me steamed was I contacted this company for s0ome assistance. They never answered me.

Best Phone I ever Owned
This phone has a good camera, isn't loaded with garbage, has a fast cpu. So it works fast, and is loud and clear. In short this is a great phone. The 5G is a little vague as my carrier is Verizon and 5G is not rolled out in my market area yet. So, no opinion on the phone's 5G connectivity. Android 11 with updates!! I love this phone and highly recommend it.
