  I paid for Ground advantage shipping. Both for the tracking and better packaging. The seller chose to downgrade my shipping option to eBay standard envelope with limited tracking and thinner packaging allowed. They did not refund the difference between the cost of the options or ask me beforehand if I was okay with the downgraded shipment option. I contacted the seller, however they did not respond at all.

  Sorry you had a problem but we talked several times. If I didn't charge for the shipping the card would have been free. I would be paying u to buy my card. Thank u for your time and consideration in this matter.
