Light, sturdy, easy and quick assembly
It is very lightweight. Assembly occurs within seconds. Extremely sturdy and capable of holding many pounds. Keep in mind this is a 2 x 2 square table. I knew that before I ordered it and was OK with it.

Easy Upgrade, Easy Install
I have been in my house for many years, this is the second time I have replaced this fan. The first time it didn't have a plug in, so I had to replace the entire fan. The replacement had the plug in option. So this time the fan was a snap out option with a plug in fan, really didn't need to have instructions but I read them anyways.
