  Ordered this item for Christmas but noticed that after a few days my order had not been dispatched so I contacted the buyer several times but got no response. I tried to cancel my order but couldn’t as it said it had been dispatched. After no response from the seller I contacted eBay to get involved. Eventually the buyer did contact me and refunded my money. Would not purchase from this seller again

I did my best to convey exactly what was going on with my circumstances and the tem dispatch information and that there was a fault.   I can see what you were trying to do with the packaging. Unfortunately, it must have ended up under something heavy during the delivery process and the item arrived completed 'flat'. I've made an attempt to bend it back into shape ... but it will never be quite right.
