good for not games but not for 3d rendering
0 von 2 finden das hilfreich It's apparently a pretty good card for 2k and 4k gaming but other than that OpenCL, the graphics API on AMD gpus, is not favored in most 3d render engines. And the ones that do accept OpenCL take much longer than CUDA to render a 3d scene.

Heavy, yet high-quality, Japanese Automatic movement watch.
Pros:
1-Quality automatic watch with Japanese movement for less than 200 dollars! That's like the AMD of the watch world. Very good value.
2-High quality band, casing, dial, and materials. Stainless steel everything, and nice engraving, as well as scratch-resistant window made of Chrystal-Sapphire fusion.
3-It shows date.
4-Nice bezel. The motion is very solid and nice.
Cons:
1-Too darn heavy. It almost feels like wearing a small brick on your wrist. But that might motivate you to firm up a little in case you're not terribly in shape, like I am.
2-The design is still too similar to the Rolex Submariner, making it another homage watch. But the flat window and bezel, as well as the curvature on the top and bottom do differentiate it somewhat.
3-No chronometer. That would be nice too.

Great card. Ugly looks.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich It's an ugly looking card but if looks are not your thing, and you can get it for around 430 dollars, it's a good value. I am mostly planning on using it for GPU rendering in Maya, and am very pleased with the great support those 3D render engines give to CUDA and Nvidia cards. It's a shame they don't have such good support for Radeon and OpenCL yet. The ray tracing cores too will soon come into play in both game development and 3d rendering.
