  Not a smooth transaction. The listing stated the wheels were tru and ready to ride. The wheels were way out of tru. I sent the seller a copy of an invoice, from my local bike shop, for $40. , to tru the wheels. The seller refused to refund me for the repair. I messaged him again and he still refused. I then started a return request. Within minutes the seller offered a $40. Refund;which I accepted.
