You get what you pay for....
Poor quality and badly finished. See photos. Unlikely to last long.

Improved range and easy setup
I bought this to replace a similar product that is still functioning but whose range is limited. This product works great at much further distance between transmitter and receiver and even with no line of sight!
Two things that however could be better would be
1. to provide some sort of rain protection for the transmitter. It is described a a driveway alert system and I required it to alert me as soon as someone drives or walks onto my driveway and therefore the transmitter needs to be located at the entrance where it is exposed to the elements. I had to devise and make my own rain cover for it.
2. The single screw head notch in the back of the transmitter for mounting doesn't make it easy to angle the transmitter in the best direction, a swivel mount of some sort would give this product five stars imho!
