Great phone, just as I remembered it.
15-20 years ago I had these phones which were so far ahead of other phones of their time. There was caller ID ability before we had caller ID offered by the phone company here, etc. Recently I had a string of annoying and disappointing phones for my land line and found this phone on eBay and bought it. It is just as I remembered my Nortel phones to be, a bit clunkier and less polished than our current phones, but much better quality overall. This one was used and still works very well. Since I had these phones previously, I have had no problems working this one without a manual, but I don't think it would be difficult to figure out even without the prior experience. One of the things I missed when I switched from Nortel years ago (they went out of the single line phone business and were not available) is that (as cell phones do today) they had the date and time on the screen. I'm really enjoying the phone.
