Was 1 full point lower that actual lab testone day later.
I took the 2 tests night and morning after and both tests 6.5 and 6.4. Then same day later in the afternoon took actual lab test at hospital and it was 7.6 A1C. Was getting surgery for Achilles tendon reconstruction and since I am diabetic they want your A1C to be optimally 7.0 or below. But the doctor decided to operate anyway which I am glad, but don't think these home tests are 100 percent reliable as I was hoping. Just gives you and idea what basic range your in.

Nothing impressive
Ordered this awhile back and was nothing to speak of as far as quality.

Pulverized, very pure green tea
Everything is good, nice quality.& makes me feel good. Wish it was a bigger pckage the only reason i gave rating 4 stars.
