Nice & robust.
These are nice quality jacks. The only slight criticism is that the cable grip could do with an insert to make it tighter for thinner cables. Putting a few wraps of electrical insulation tape around the cable to thicken it up for the cable grip seems to have done the trick ;)

Good quality.
Significantly better quality than the cheap (and relatively "nasty") spray heads you can pick up for a couple of pounds. The one thing I did straight away with mine however is to open it up by removing the large screw at the front (taking care to note the fairly strong spring behind it) and generously coated the little spring behind the clicky plastic detent with silicon grease as a rust protection measure. Nice spray patterns and a nice tight hose connection make it a pleasure to operate.

Disappointing.
As another reviewer said, this string is very thin and it snaps quite easily. You can double or triple or quadruple it for more strength but A: that doubles or triples or quadruples the price per unit length and B: as soon as it gets moist from contact with a joint or a fowl it binds on itself really tightly leading again to premature breakage. It really needs the stuff you get on supermarket chickens but it ain't easy to source.
