Whereas the seller forgot to include the activation code in the shipping package, the seller responded promptly to my request to issue me with the activation code. Nobody is perfect but it's the actions that one takes after the mistake is discovered which reflect on the true character of the person. And for this seller, it's an A++++++ and I would most certainly buy again from this seller.

Broke down after less than 90 days
Drive went bad after 3 months of daily use. Sometimes does not recognize discs and unable to burn discs reliably. Disappointed with this LG product.

works great on Pixel 3
I love it so far perhaps the most Pixel compatible bluetooth ear buds i've owned. I have tried 2 different other brands that have not worked smoothly for me.

Need to improve quality
I normally use an Avery applicator. I label discs frequently so I thought I would purchase this as a backup label applicator. It is very easy to make a mistake and ruin the disc label using this device. The plastic is very light and after enough push-downs the plastic surface will become uneven making it more likely to create air bubbles or wrinkles. I do not recommend it.
