Surgical masks
A number of my ATV club members use these surgical masks for dusty desert group riding conditions. I have no had any sinus infections in 3 years since using the masks on the trail. I also use them when trimming my bushes and citrus trees in my yard. They work great and the cone shape does not press against my nose and mouth. Very comfortable and easy to breathe and talk and doesn't shift with the upper & lower elastic straps.

Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK)

I have 2 bags attached to my front rack using the straps with the larger center strap around the bag to my front bumper to stabilize and secure the bags. I can easily remove the bags in an emergency by pulling them off the Velcro backing or by undoing the straps. One has bandages, guaze pads, steristrips, rolled gauze, adhesive bandages, EMT scissors, and rubber gloves at easy access. The other bag is more trauma related with a tourniquet, SAM splints, rolled gauze, velo blood clot bandages, triangular bandages for slings, adhesive gauze, rubber gloves, and another EMT scissors. The bags hold a lot. I put the contents in plastic snack bags to keep everything sterile. You can buy large 2"x6" leather/velcro "First Aid Kit" patches on eBay that easily attach to the front of the bag to identify the bags from your other gear. When leading an club ATV ride, I always point out my IFAK bags at our safety meeting in case it is me that goes down. The straps and molle strips make this an easy addition to attach to a motorcycle or backpack for hikers or to a saddle for equestrian riders too. I have also purchased more bags for our club raffles and as gifts to a hunter buddy in the camo color. The bags are high quality materials. You won't be disappointed and I bet you will buy additional bags later for your friends.

Rotator shoulder injury
My wife was recommended this product by her physical therapist. It is simple to use and a quality product.
