Rugged 25mm tyres
These tyres are 50% heavier than the schwalbe luganos they replaced, which suffered a couple of punctures in relatively few miles. I am hoping these will be more resilient. The tread is deep and they look tough, but they feel much the same to ride. Tyre fitting was tricky as the sidewalls were stiff and wouldn't fit in the rims without initial strapping.

Just like the old one
Our five-year-old daughter recently lost the original Steiff she was given at birth. She still misses her old teddy but happily sleeps with this one.
