Don’t send used products.
I didn’t actually use it since it was purchased as a gift. But, I received a used game, wrapped in Saran Wrap and it contained no instructions.

Invisible Fence piece of crap!
The eBay pictures hid it but there was wall paint slopped on the unit. Also, the power cord was cut and without the proper plug adapter on the transmitter end, the unit is useless; I cannot even plug it in. A total waste of $68!
