You don't have to hate to cook to find value in this book.
I bought this book to replace my first I Hate to Cook Book which got misplaced. It contains fast and easy recipes and is perfect for the working mother. Although I am now retired, and I don't really "hate to cook", I did enjoy having access to recipes that don't take exotic spices and hard-to-find ingredients. It's just the answer to the end of a hectic day.
