not useful and overpriced
1 von 4 finden das hilfreich The product has little utility. It is very difficult to use alone, i.e., to self-administer. Its tip is quite bulky and can easily irritate the ear canal. I also find it overpriced as it is only a syringe with a piece of plastic on top. I really regret buying it.

3 von 5 finden das hilfreich The one that I bought was faulty and stopped working after a few hours with no error or anything that can give a clue about what is wrong in which part of the device. TP-Link supprot technicians couldn't figure out why it is faulty either. It is easy to setup and has a user-friendly managment software. However, its built quality is not good and it is hard to troubleshoot if anyhthing goes wrong.
