Disappointed - let me explain
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I don't usually review but felt compelled to in this instance. Two problems with the design. Firstly the wheel at the bottom of the unit that dispenses the cereal is made of a soft rubber (more in this in a moment). The plastic handle and the rubber wheel combined are so under engineered that they struggle to dispense the two cereals that we have tried - Cheerios and Golden Nuggets. I would imagine that Oats or anything of a similar density would be even less successful. You literally have to rock the wheel back and forth to dispense the solids.
Secondly the soft rubber wheel is so odourous that I can't imagine that it is a food grade plastic. I washed it numerous times to get rid of the smell. Still smelly. I gave it two stars instead of one because a) the smell may subside over time; b) there may be a cereal that does dispense well. c) the price is so low.
