Great car!
5 von 5 finden das hilfreich The 86.5 928 is the most desirable in my book. I use mine for a daily commuter. I've also owned a 79' and had a great time with that cal also. Both cars have been automatics. While I had never thought I would own an automatic transmission sports car, the 928 lends itself well to it. I's so fast, and handles so well, you can really appreciate it as a high performance vehicle and still have a hand available for your sandwich, cellphone, directions, or girl. The classic rear end of the original 928 can't be beat. The "S" version rear wing and front spoiler make it one of the greatest looking cars of all time in my opinion. Add to that the superb build quality and handling characteristics of the rear steering trailing arms, and you have one of the greatest vehicles ever designed. The S4 and GT/GTS cars might be faster, but for style, the S has them beat. The 86.5 cars also have the higher output motor (288HP) and suspension and big brakes from the S4 that came the following year. The S4 was also heavier, and had more complicated electronics. These cars are expensive to maintain, but worth every penny when put right. There are plenty on the market, so be picky and get a good one to start with. Replace the cam belt/water pump/belt pulleys, and you will be good to go. If it weren't for the 911 diehards, these cars would still be worth three times as much as they are going for today. Get one while you still can, because they are going to be very valuable in time. If you are going to get one and not do regular maintainence on it, I recommend an early 4.5 liter motor version (79'-80') because if the timing belt lets go on one of these, the pistons will not contact the valves causing catastrophic damage. These models still have tons of good power, however. (Though nothing like the 32V late "S" motor or the final S4/GT/GTS) Good luck on your search! SHARKS RULE!

Bruce Willis still has it!
An excellent movie. Bruce Willis brings his A-game as usual, and the supporting cast was right there with him. Has all of the feeling and content that Die Hard 1 had in its formula. While I enjoyed Die Hard 2 and 3, they did not live up to the first film. Die Hard 4 does not disappoint. It lives up to the original, and even surpasses it in some ways. A must see, must own movie. Even better on Blu-Ray!!! Would love to see another movie in this series....
