I've been a collector for about 40 years and have worked in toys most of my life. I've also had my own antiques businesses for about 6 years. I also had the pleasure to be a docent in ceramics and furniture at Colonial Williamsburg for 2 years.

Have wished for forever!
A purse hook- someone finally realized this was a needed feature on a car. These are good but not great. Two small flaws- they swivel a lot once attatched to the headrest and the v where the purse strap sits could be at a deeper angle. My purse has a wide strap and barely fits on the hook. Otherwise I have had no problems and it does keep my purse upright and the airbag sensors happy.

History of a troubled child
While researching the story of Little Red Riding Hood as I worked on mounting a display for the Ky. Doll and Toy museum, I came across this book and it has provided a wealth of historic information on the tale-its origins-and how it has transmutated over time. Red intreigued me as I could not think of another character who had been portrayed in such a varied manner-from a wide eyed innocent to a sexy vixen. Cinderella is never seen in fishnet stockings and a bustier! Also Red seems to offer different parables at different times. She is
quite the complex female. A good ,fun read for anyone interested in fairy/folk lore.

Barbie lovers friend
This book has proved to be very useful to us for reconstructing the various early outfits made for Barbie and her friends. Highly reccomend!
