Love this item
We are having issues with the sound quality on mom's end of the phone. At times it is crackly and you can hear yourself echo back when you talk to her. Wish there was a way to remedy that.
Other than that, my mom loves to see the pictures of the ones she loves when she calls them, and she makes more phone calls now because all she has to do is touch the corresponding picture.
