Shipped very quickly and good communication, unfortunately the small figure models weren't packed safely enough and arrived broken into tons of tiny pieces. The rest of the set was just fine, but wrapping little plastic models in newspaper and putting them on top of everything else meant any weight on the top of the box crushed them together.
