  Drove over 30 minutes to get there to collect sent the seller a message on the app. Mobile phone number was given. Arrived at the location rang the mobile phone number and sent two text messages no response. Waited 15 minutes. Rang the buzzer of the property with the number the seller gave. No one in. No response no communication. Seller then says they were waiting in had no calls no one buzzed the doorbell & as they’re moving out tomorrow will refund. I’ve got no refund.
