The 21 Day Minimalist Challenge
I have read a lot of books on decluttering. This is the first one that made the connection of "who" you are and "why" you clutter. The book forces you to look at yourself and the changes you need to made to avoid getting back into the situation.

Worth Reading
I found some of the material good. I really had a problem with language use. The author created terms to describe people. I felt the book would have been better without this. I would recommend it because its a worthwhile topic that is of interest.
