You can drop it. It doesn't break.

I have converted my entire house to LED bulbs. No reason to pay 5x the cost of electricity every year for the next twenty. In the last two years, I have not had one bulb go on- including one that is on 24/7.

Not for me.

It takes up too much counter space, or storage space. The extra ring thing to accomodate larger items is awkward. I gave it away after one week.
