Xerox Rocks!
I've purchased a number of these Xerox made, HP compatible, cartridges on ebay. I've had many perfect ones, but the important thing is that every time one wasn't perfect, Xerox replaced it free of charge, even covering shipping both ways! Incredible company. I won't buy any other brand, not even HP.

They die quickly.
I purchased 3 of these, and two went bad within weeks. The third is still working.

Xerox rocks
I've bought many xerox toner cartridges. A few have had problems. Xerox ALWAYS replaces them free of charge, including return shipping regardless of where they were purchased. Lifetime!! Even if the cartridge develops defects half way through!! Incredible product support.
