They work, but plan on using about five of these to every one of original manufacturer.
They don't start as well as original manufacturer tips, and when they do, they burn up fast. I went through four sets of electrodes and tips on one small job that took about an hour.

Heavy gauge metal and coils look thicker.
Build quality is much better than the aftermarket ones.
Time will tell if will last longer than 2 months (the after market one I bought)
