Slow to Warm Towels

The unit works OK, but it takes at least 30 minutes and usually longer before the two towels get to the point where you can feel the warmth. Also, you need to supply the external timer and GFI outlet. These are the reasons I feel the product is both overpriced and lacking in performance.

Good Value, but not long shelf life

Exactly as expected. Only issue is date code which is only 4 years out.
