Quick delivery seems good
Very quick delivery and seems to work well though only just put it in so time will tell.

Complete waste of money. More about author than anything else
3 von 6 finden das hilfreich Absolute rubbish most ingredients from America as is method. Fine if you like cauliflower rice, and like mushrooms meat etc. Can afford tread mill and exercise bike and have the time to spend your days exercising, meditating, cooking and sourcing ingredients. Couldn’t find much I would eat. Have done better using Wii fit and adapting recipes I have. Complete waste of money

quality flimsy only good for short term or very light use
not very thick paper on folders, can't see it lasting long,needed urgently;or would have returned. okay for short term use
