One of the Best Television Shows Ever Made!!

And the Brits still have taste, a sense of dignity, and an understanding of QUALITY in television programmin!! This is a magnificent show! I have laughed at this series until I couldn't stop, and had to leave because my chest hurt from it! I have cried, and I have been amazed! And Alice, oh, you silly thing! She makes the angels laugh! This is what quality television once was, here in the Unted States, but sadly, no more.
These days, American Broadcast Television is a great howling wasteland, filled with the creeking and scratchy voices of the lost, the delusioned, the demented, and the hopelessly damned - all to the sound of ten million laugh tracks, and a continuous flow of miserable advertisements. American television is an open sewer, pouring into our souls. THE VICAR OF DIBLEY is far, far, far above all of this. It's like a breath of clean, fresh air to a starving and drowning man.

Suicide Note for the English Language
This novel is GHASTLY! It is a suicide note for the entire concept of English Literature! It is so far beyond bad that the readers find themselves in the Twilight Zone, desperately struggling for fading, fuzzy, fizzling vestiges of supercillious, squishy, lost sanity...and failing..... Reading this book is like brushing your teeth with a ball peen hammer! But that's the point. Oh, and you should see her poetry! Bwahahahaha, cackle, cackle.

STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL, wide range MAGNIFICENT!!!!!!!!!
Ivan Rebroff, who died recently, was one of the great interpreters of Russian music. His voice had an incredibly wide range, and he used all of it, producing hauntingly beautiful melodies. YouTube videos consistently show a man filled with passion. Breathtaking!!!
