Abassadeur round bait casters are hard to beat at their price point.
I have been using Ambassadeurs for decades. They are a lot of bang for the buck and properly maintained, last forever. I have owned and used Curado's, Takota's, Penn's... even real saltwater round bait casters like Accurate's. For the money, 4600, 5500 & 6500 C3's are hard to beat.
I'll bet their specialty reels are great, I am just no longer coastal or inshore fishing.
