Highly recommended workbook for PTSD recovery!

This is the best workbook I have discovered that truly helps me in my quest to recover from Complex PTSD. The approach that the author uses is one that explains what you need to know about how your brain is effected by trauma. Explaining it scientifically makes sense and makes it easier to understand the process of our emotions. The author provides visual examples with charts and detailed explanations. I highly recommend this workbook if you are ready and serious about wanting to heal from your trauma.
