Safety First!

Great Camera
This camera responds better than the Z1285 I had earlier this year. The video quality is better. Smooth when recording and in playback. The lens and zoom are bigger than in other Kodak cameras. It has a panoramic feature, which allows you to stitch 3 shots into 1 wide pano. This feature is easy to find on the dial on top of the camera. The zoom and focus are smooth and fast. I find this camera comfortable, easy to use and slightly more like an SLR. The colors seem to be very good. The only problem is that the flash pops up when you turn it on. You have to manually put it down if you don't want it. And, the camera lens will push the lens cap off when it turns on. if you don't have the lens cap already off or if you don't have the lens cap strap hooked onto the camera then it will fall on the floor. although this seems unusual, it doesn't bother me as a negative aspect of the camera. it has character and takes good pictures with a lot of manual and automatic settings that you can control or let the camera control. High Quality shots are easy. I'm very happy with this camera.
