Daily Affirmations by Rokelle Lerner
I love this book and and as a therapist I not only recommend it, but use it consistently with my clients who are Adult Children of Alcoholics. I needed a couple of new books as the pages were literally falling out of the two books I bought when it was first published. I keep one book at the office and the other book at my home.
I was happy that I could so easily find replacements inexpensively and in excellent condition.

The Angry Book by Theodore Isaac Rubin M.D.
This was one of the first books out that really addressed the issue of anger.
I have used his book consistently as a therapist who deals with clients with many issues of anger. I have read many books that have been published since this one was published, and I still recommend that my clients read this book, and I use the materials in it on a daily basis. Because my book was totally worn I was happy to find that I could replace it easily and inexpensively.
