  I have tried to contact the seller via email, but the seller has not responded. I ordered some shoelaces on January 14 & was notified that they would arrive by the 25th. When they did not arrive, I checked the email and found that they had not been sent. Since noon on the 25th, I have not heard a thing from the seller, nor has the seller responded to outreach directly from eBay. Even though this is a small & inexpensive item, I strongly discourage anyone for purchasing items from this seller.
