A great lemony scrub
My husband really likes this scrub but now it’s being phased out, so glad I could find some to get him. I know where to go when all else fails!

Fun music makes a fun walk
Great cd with the music I enjoy walking to with the perfect beats per minute for a good, brisk walk. I like the mix of music which keeps a constant bpm but is not monotonous. Wish there were more like these being offered on EBay!

CD great for moderate paced exercise either on equipment or walking
This cd works for me because I like old songs and need the appropriate bpm to walk to and this cd has that pace. All songs in the 130’s bpm with most 135 or higher. Good moderately fast walk. CD is in excellent condition and arrived when it was expected.
