I specifically noted the damaged bird in the original description. Additionally, although it was listed as no return, I offered to send a return label, stating I would give her a full refund upon receipt of the returned item. She demanded a refund without sending the item back. Totally unreasonable and absurdly hostile from her initial communication. Sellers beware, she will try to rip you off!
