Excellent Introduction to Qigong
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I originally bought this DVD set over 10 years ago and have been practicing it several times a week since. I bought this 2nd set as a gift for a friend.
This style of Wuji Qigong is well presented and easy to follow. I recommend this to anyone looking for a Qigong program or a simple, low impact method of exercise.
The bonus DVD of the late Master Duon is also very enjoyable and was originally shown on PBS in the USA. The master passed a way a couple years ago at the age of 107.

Arrived in good time. Haven't used it yet but past products have been fine.

The sise was not what I thought I had ordered.
I already owned a copy of this book and enjoyed it very much, But I thought I was buying a full sized hard back version (to replace my older one.) Yet I received a paperback sized smaller version with a hard covering. I have been buying hard copies of my favorite books for over 30 years and I had never seen a copy like this one. So be aware if you are looking for an original full sized hard backed copy..
