Did the trick...
A little tricky to install though. Luckily, some of the plastic tabs that keeps the two pieces that keep the door together were broken already. Someone did replace that same handle before and so I can't judge how difficult it would habe been otherwise. Obviously this door isn't something that has been designed to be disassembled...However, if you are mechanically oriented or if you know someone that is, you can probably find a way...Hopefully you won't destroy the door.
The trick is to ne persistent and not force too much. Do it progressively, little by little, all around the door ( I am talking about disengaging the plastic tabs all around the two half doors....)

Work just as good as my pampered chef one. Same size, same great features. I use it to make bread and pizzas....

OEM Windshield
My bike tipped over in the garage, unfortunately, it hit a fridge nearby and the windshield was blown into pieces. Fortunately I found this OEM one a little over half price. Came new without a scratch.
Problem solved......
