This is a good product please try it.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I have used this product for quite some time. This is the second time that I've purchased it. I use it all the time for soups that are creamed-based. Has a nice rich taste when mixed with a chicken soup base. I've used it all the time, particularly with oyster and clam soups. I've also used it for turkey, chicken, and codfish soups. This stuff is outstanding. I do not recommend for use with coffees and teas because it may not mix well. But for soups this stuff is excellent. Always remember to mix it first in a separate bowl. Use a small amount of water in your mixing bowl and turn it into a mud-like texture first. Continue to add water until you get the texture that you feel you would like for your cooking. I know you purchase heavy cream at the supermarket from the refrigerator case. But for me, it doesn't make any sense if you're gonna throw it in a pot of soup. This powdered heavy cream is a wonderful alternative and for me it makes sense.
