Casio G-Shock Mens Watch GAB2100-1A Bluetooth Solar CasiOak Black Carbon Core

Less expensive than a Royal Oak
It's been nick-named CasiOak for a very good reason! The octagonal Bezel certainly adds an air of the AP to this model. Its easy to read and much thinner than many other G-Shock models, so it slips under a sleeve easily. The modes and bluetooth pairing make all features easy to use via your phone, however, the standard watch button operation is pretty straightforward except for World time - you really need the app to access all the cities that can be set. I liked the small dashes of colour in this model, but its a pity that the grey indices are not luminous. There's seems to be a burgeoning modding market out there spawned by it earlier released non-blue-tooth model, but I particularly wanted the solar feature and that changes the layout. When I ordered it, the bluetooth facility was not of particular interest, but it really does make setting up the watch and access the world, alarm and reminder features much easier. helping to find your phone is just a nice bonus. The LCD display could be a little larger, but it's pretty clear, especially compared to a couple of other models of G-Shock that we have in the house. I'd highly recommend this to someone looking for a less-chunky G-Shock that throws out style cues to the big end of town.
