  PANTS ARRIVED DIRTY w/POOR PACKAGING. I specifically asked the seller to put pants in a bag and then package them for protection. The seller did not read my message on the payment receipt (for which I had provided a copy - then no response from seller) and just threw the pants into a previously used mailer and did a poor taping job to seal. The mailer opened while in transit, pants arrived wet and dirty and had to be cleaned. The seller blamed it on poor handling from USPS.
