  Photos on listing showed item as complete, but one minor item was not in the package when it arrived. I contacted the seller and he was very apologetic and offered not only a choice of returning or partial refund, but he also reached out to various forums and even Kotobukiya to see if they could provide a replacement. I wish the seller had other items I was interested in as I would definitely deal with him again, but I did take 1 star off the description. Here's hoping he can find the item.
