easy to mount
great fit right out of the box. although it is not exactly a match for OEM because the nuts are welded into the inside of the step rather than using both nuts and bolts to mount it. From the outside you can't tell though.

Better that OEM by far
Belt is a little wider by maybe 1/16th inch but not too difficult to install if you have at least the primary clutch removal tool which you absolutely need to install it right. Stretching the belt like is shown on some Youtube videos show IS NOT recommended because the belt is not like a rubber band and I believe you will damage it. This belt appears to be of much higher quality that the OEM belt I took off.
