"Moody Blues in their own words"
There are many interviews of the core band members -- Justin Hayward, John Lodge, Ray Thomas and Graeme Edge, which gave a real sense of their personalities and inner spirit. There's also lots of good music. Moody Blues are my all-time favorite band, and Justin Hayward my all-time favorite male musician. Their music continues to profoundly add to my life!
