Be sure you are getting the right book.

These are so bad
I have used Nailene products for years but these have got to be the worst. They are made so long that once you cut off all the white which does not look nice they are still wayyyyyyyyyyyyy long. I don't think I have ever saw a nailbed that long. I want to return these but need a return label.

Ultra Adhesive Tabs
1 von 2 finden das hilfreich I buy these alot and I am so glad to have them. If your nails are short or if they just don't look so great you can get the nails at Walmart and get the Adhesive tabs from Ebay. They are so much better for your nails than glue. Just don't get your hands wet because they don't do good in water. Mine always come off if I get my hands wet. I wear rubber gloves to protect from getting them wet.
