This book has helped me to evaluate myself with people skills.
I found this book to be helpful in how to communicate assertively with people, and how to begin to understand ones own body language in expressing honest feelings towards other in a non-offensive way. One has to own their feelings, and communicate about the little things that matter because in reality, it does matter. I haven't read the whole book, but it's been good so far.

Great book from the beginning!
I haven't read the whole book yet, but this book is interesting from the beginning. I think this is
the book that will help me understand my child and it will help him learn to get out there and be social.
