I recently purchased a refurbished OL750...

I recently purchased a refurbished OL750UK Multi-Cooker, there were some cosmetic imperfections as expected. However the main issue I encountered was functional: when trying to switch the lid to pressure mode, the cooker doesn't seem fully to engaged the pressure settings. Instead it gets stuck somewhere between the functions, even following the steps to activate the pressure mode it doesn't even appears for me. This was disappointing since this feature was the main reason I chose this model.
